Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we are happy to offer free shipping on orders over R1000.

How long does shipping take?

Orders take between 3-5 business days to arrive. 

What are your shipping Rates?

We offer a flat rate of R100 for shipping to any address in South Africa.

Can I track my order?

Yes, tracking information such as the waybill number and tracking link will automatically be sent to the e-mail address provided at checkout once the order has been shipped.

Can I collect my order in store?

Yes, we have a physical store in Hazelwood, Pretoria. You will receive an e-mail once the order is ready for collection in store.
